Reterra is planning a new community sports and service centre on the properties located at Kuuse põik 42 and 44 in Laagri, with the aim of creating high-quality sports and recreational opportunities, as well as everyday services, to this rapidly growing area.The anchor tenants of the Laagri Elukeskus are the PadelPoint padel centre, Selver supermarket, and 24/7 Fitness. The total cost of the centre is 14.6 million euros.
