The building is equipped with a modern ventilation system with heat recovery. Heating automation allows you to control the temperature on a room-by-room basis and create an indoor climate suitable for every activity.

Materials

The following high-quality building materials have been used: hollow concrete panels in the intermediate floors and roof, modern, efficient thermal insulation materials (mineral wool), an SBS-coated flat roof, and more.

Windows

The building has aluminium-framed windows with triple-pane glass.

Facade

The first-floor facade features a textured concrete finish, while the upper floors are clad with insulated metal panels covered by projecting copper-toned aluminium composite panels. Facade elements with varying depths create an interplay of light and shadow and give the building a modern and dynamic appearance.

Sound insulation

Massive reinforced concrete load-bearing structures and high-quality partition walls provide an excellent foundation for separating different activities. This ensures a pleasant environment for both active workouts and activities that require quiet concentration.
