Definitions

• A “cookie” is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit our website. This allows you to save information about your preferences so that you don’t have to make the same selections again when you revisit this page or browse through other pages.
  What personal data do we collect, and for what purposes?

Laagri KV OÜ collects the following data in particular:

• Name
• E-mail
• Phone number
• Preferences for desirable rental premises
• Time of visit/interest in a public event or client event

If you would like to receive more information about a service through our website, we will collect and process the following personal data: your name, phone number, and email address. You can submit inquiries by filling out the appropriate contact form or by sending an email to the addresses listed on the website. To prepare a quote, we also use data about the company or individual obtained from a credit information inquiry.

The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the processing of personal data for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

In addition, we process the following personal data of the following data subjects:

• When you subscribe to our newsletter on our website, we process your name and contact information (email address).
• When you register on our website to join the list of interested parties/tenants, we process data regarding your name and contact information (phone number and email address), as well as your preferences regarding the rental property you are interested in (size, price).
• For those who have registered for or are participating in our customer days/customer events, we process your name and contact information (address, phone number, and email address, as well as the time of your visit) and your preferences (time, details).
• When you enter into a contract with us, we process data regarding your name, company information, personal identification number, contact information (address, phone number, and email address), and marital status; we also process the corresponding data (excluding data regarding marital status) about your authorized representative.
• If you participate in public events organized by us, we will process your image (video and photo footage).
• When you are on the premises of our development project, we process your image, all other personal data about you, and your activities that are visible in the areas covered by video surveillance on the premises.

Website browsing statistics

When visitors browse our websites, non-personal technical data about them is collected. The technical data is limited to the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer or computer network being used, the version of the computer’s web browser and operating system, the time of the visit (time, date, year), and the location. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We use Google Analytics, an automated tool, to collect the data mentioned above. If you do not wish to provide this information about yourself, you can opt out of having your data collected by Google Analytics at any time.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you have your permanent residence.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

If you would like to be removed from our records, please let us know by emailing us at info@reterra.ee. Upon your request, we will remove the information related to your inquiry(ies) from our systems.
